Welcome to Easy Ear Care. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These guidelines help ensure a smooth, safe, and professional service for every client.

1. Appointments & Booking Fee

A £20 booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

This fee is deducted from your treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

Appointments are confirmed only once the booking fee has been received.

Same‑day or urgent appointments are subject to availability.

2. Pricing

One ear: £50

Both ears: £70

Same‑day / urgent appointment: £80

Follow‑up appointment: £20 (only if needed within a few days of initial treatment)

Ear health check: £20

If no earwax is found during examination, only the ear health check fee applies.

All prices are clearly listed to ensure transparency and peace of mind.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect everyone’s time:

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or missed appointments may result in the full appointment fee being charged.

Booking fees are non‑refundable, but will be deducted from your treatment cost if the appointment goes ahead.

This policy ensures fairness and allows us to offer appointments to others who may be waiting.

4. Client Responsibilities

To help us provide safe and effective care:

Please inform us of any relevant medical history, including ear infections, perforated eardrums, ear surgery, or ongoing symptoms.

If you are unwell (cold, flu, ear pain, or infection), please contact us to reschedule.

For irrigation appointments, you may be advised to use olive oil drops for a few days beforehand to soften the wax.

5. Practitioner Responsibilities

At Easy Ear Care, you will always receive:

Care from an ACPD‑accredited earwax removal practitioner

Safe, professional treatment using approved methods

A full ear examination before any procedure

Clear explanations and personalised aftercare advice

A fully insured service delivered with professionalism and respect

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

6. When Treatment May Not Be Possible

For your safety, treatment may be declined or postponed if:

There is an active ear infection

The ear canal is inflamed or painful

There is a suspected or confirmed perforated eardrum

It is unsafe to proceed based on clinical assessment

In these cases, you may be advised to seek medical attention.

7. Mobile Service Conditions

For home visits:

Please ensure a clean, safe space for the practitioner to work.

Pets should be kept in another room during the appointment.

Parking must be available nearby to allow equipment to be brought safely to your home.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information shared during your appointment is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing safe ear‑care services.

9. Payment

Payment is due on the day of treatment.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
